The honorarium of night watchmen working in secondary / higher secondary schools where equipment, laboratory equipment, books, sports material and computers etc. are installed has been increased.
Approval to pay total honorarium of Rs. 3,300 per month from 1st August 2025, after increasing the amount of Rs. 650 per month already given by the State Government as State Allowance to the Cook-cum-Assistant working in the Mid Day Meal Scheme (PM Poshan) by an additional Rs. 1,650 per month, making the amount of State Allowance Rs. 2,300.
Approval to pay total honorarium of Rs. 16000 and annual increment of Rs. 400 from 1st August 2025 to Physical Education and Health Instructors (Part Time) working in the middle schools of the state, by increasing the honorarium of Rs. 8000 per month and annual increment of Rs. 200 per year already being given under the auxiliary grant head under establishment committed expenditure by the State Government.

Approval to increase the salary of "Mamta" workers working in all the medical colleges and hospitals, sub-divisional referral hospitals and primary / community health centers of the state by Rs 300 extra and pay them at the rate of Rs 600 per delivery.
