More than 18 lakh 50 thousand youth have applied in the recruitment process for 53,749 posts of fourth class (fourth class/peon) by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board. The surprising thing is that the educational qualification in this recruitment has been kept to only the 10th pass, yet many graduates, postgraduates, and even PhD holders have applied.

Board Secretary Dr. Bhagchand Badhal said that this is considered the biggest recruitment to date and the application process will continue till April 19. In such a situation, it is expected that the application number can cross the figure of 19 lakhs.

Demand to extend the last date of application
A large number of youth on social media are demanding to extend the last date of application. They say that due to technical flaws on the board's website, OTP is not coming, due to which there is a problem in filling the form. The youth are demanding that the last date be extended by at least seven days.

The online exam will be held in September.
This is considered to be the biggest recruitment so far in the tenure of the Bhajanlal Sharma government. Out of 53,749 posts, 48,199 posts are reserved for non-scheduled areas and 5,550 posts are reserved for scheduled areas. The exam will be held in computer or tablet-based (CBT) format between 18th to 21st September. Twice as many candidates selected in the exam will be called for document verification, after which the final selection will be done.
