Almost all the people working in the country have a fund. which is a part of their salary. This is called a PF account. Every month, 12% of your salary is deposited in this account, and your company also adds the same amount.
Government interest is also given on the amount deposited in it. The money present in it can also be useful to you in times of need. You can get your money by claiming. But many times many people think that withdrawing this money is a long and hassle job.
Earlier it used to take weeks. But now it is not so. Now almost the entire system has become online and if everything is done correctly. Then the money is received very quickly. You just have to follow some easy steps.
To withdraw money, first of all you have to go to the official website of EPFO https://www.epfindia.gov.in/site_en/index.php then login by entering your UAN number and password. Go to Online Services and select Claim Form-31, 19, 10C & 10D.
After this verify Aadhaar and bank details, fill the reason for the claim and submit with OTP. If your KYC is complete and bank account is linked to UAN then the process becomes fast. Do not make any mistake while filling the form.
If even a single detail is wrong then the claim may be delayed or rejected. If all the information is correct and the documents are updated, the money is transferred directly to your bank account. In most cases, this process is completed within 72 hours or 3 days.
