Hyundai Motor India will launch the second-generation Hyundai Venue on November 4, 2025, marking a major update to the popular compact SUV. First unveiled on October 24, the model brings major upgrades in design, space, technology, and safety. Bookings are currently open both online and at Hyundai dealerships for a token amount of Rs 25,000.
Design and dimensions
The new Venue reflects Hyundai’s design philosophy — “Tech up. Go beyond.” It is 48 mm taller, 30 mm wider, and 20 mm longer in wheelbase than the previous model. Measuring 3,995 mm in length, 1,800 mm in width, and 1,665 mm in height, the SUV promises better cabin space and presence on the road.
Notable exterior features include quad-beam LED headlamps, twin-horn LED DRLs, a dark chrome radiator grille, R16 diamond-cut alloy wheels, horizon-style tail lamps, and a new in-glass “Venue” emblem. The vehicle will be available in six monotone and two dual-tone colours, including new shades like Hazel Blue and Mystic Sapphire.
Interiors and features
The interior features a dual-tone Dark Navy and Dove Grey theme, leatherette upholstery, and a terrazzo-textured crash pad. A 12.3-inch dual-screen curved panoramic display combines the infotainment system and digital instrument cluster.
Other features include an electric 4-way driver seat, ambient lighting, rear AC vents, 2-step reclining rear seats, and sunshades for the rear windows. The longer wheelbase provides improved legroom, while the centre console adopts a new coffee-table-style layout.
Powertrain and variants
The Venue retains three engine options: a 1.2-litre Kappa MPi petrol, a 1.0-litre Kappa Turbo GDi petrol, and a 1.5-litre U2 CRDi diesel. Transmission options include manual, automatic, and DCT (dual-clutch transmission).

The 2025 Venue incorporates Hyundai SmartSense Level 2 ADAS with 16 advanced driver assistance features. Built with 71% hot-stamped and high-strength steel, it enhances crash safety and body rigidity.
Key ADAS features include Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, Smart Cruise Control with Stop and Go, Lane Keep Assist, Driver Attention Warning, and Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist (Rear).
Beyond ADAS, the Venue offers over 65 safety features, with 33 standard across variants. These include six airbags, ESC, hill-start assist, all-disc brakes, TPMS, electric parking brake with auto hold, rollover sensor, and three-point seatbelts for all occupants.
