Panjiri
There is a special tradition of offering Panjiri on major religious festivals like Krishna Janmashtami and Ram Navami. It is considered one of the main offerings offered to God. Its offering on Janmashtami is considered very auspicious.

Lauki or Khoya Ka Paag
On the occasion of Janmashtami, a special kind of barfi or sweet is made in many houses to offer to God, which is called Paag. Gourd, khoya, peanuts, sesame etc. can be used in it. This Paag is also eaten as a sweet.
