Horrific CCTV Footage Captures Exact Moment When Tree Uproots And Crushes Biker Under It In Delhi's Kalkaji; 1 Killed, 2 Injured

Disturbing CCTV footage capturing the exact moment when a giant tree was uprooted and fell on a moving motorcycle amid heavy rains has surfaced on social media. The man who was riding the motorcycle died on the spot after being crushed under the tree's trunk, while his daughter, who was riding pillion, sustained serious injuries.

The incident reportedly took place around 10 am on Thursday morning in Delhi's Kalkaji area.

The chilling video shows two other bikers narrowly escaping being trapped under the tree as it collapses on one biker and a car.

Bystanders rushed to rescue those stranded under the tree immediately after the incident.

Delhi and its surrounding regions witnessed rains on Thursday, causing flooding in catchment areas.

According to reports, several vehicles were also damaged in the incident.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued an 'orange' alert, warning of more rain during the day.

A road was temporarily blocked in Sector 9 of RK Puram after a tree fell.
