Mumbai: The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) will undertake essential maintenance work to connect a 900 mm x 900 mm water pipeline at Chamunda Nagar, Bhandup (East), on Tuesday.
To carry out this work safely and efficiently, the water supply in the areas under S ward will be temporarily suspended after regular supply hours (3:30 AM to 11:30 AM).
As a result, residents of Nahur Station (East), Bhandup (East), Kanjurmarg (East), and Vikhroli (East) will face a temporary water supply shutdown on Tuesday.
The BMC has advised residents to make necessary arrangements in advance, assuring that the water supply will be restored promptly upon completion of the pipeline connection work. Citizens are urged to store adequate water and use it judiciously during this period.
