Lahore Qalandars captain Shaheen Shah Afridi was recently presented with a dazzling reward for his stellar performances in the ongoing PSL 2025 season a custom 24K gold-plated iPhone 16 Pro, gifted by the franchise as a mark of appreciation.
The grand gesture was revealed by Lahore Qalandars on Sunday, April 20, through a minute-and-a-half-long video shared across their social media platforms. In the video, Shaheen is seen receiving the luxurious iPhone from the team management in a surprise presentation. The speedster graciously accepted the exclusive device.

The stylish iPhone also highlights the stark contrast in team traditions this season, as Karachi Kings had previously gifted a hairdryer and hair trimmer to James Vince and Hasan Ali respectively.
This golden reward comes just days after Shaheen delivered a match-winning spell of 3-34 against arch-rivals Karachi Kings in their home ground, helping Qalandars seal a commanding 65-run victory.
How have Lahore Qalandars performed in PSL 2025?
Under Shaheenās leadership, Lahore Qalandars have bounced back strongly after an opening loss to defending champions Islamabad United. Since then, the team has notched back-to-back wins over Quetta Gladiators (by 79 runs) and Karachi Kings, placing them second on the PSL 2025 points table with a formidable Net Run Rate of 2.051.
Shaheen himself has led from the front, picking up five wickets in three matches. Up next, Lahore Qalandars are set to face Mohammad Rizwanās Multan Sultans in Match 12 of the tournament, scheduled for April 22 at the Multan Cricket Stadium. With momentum on their side Qalandars will be looking to extend their winning streak.
