Amid the ongoing bull run of ArisInfra Solutions, investment firm and existing investor NeoMile Capital purchased 29.4 Lakh equity shares of the company via open market transactions between September 18 and 22. With this, NeoMile Capital’s shareholding in the company increased to 5.13% from 1.51% earlier.
Taking an average price of INR 162.92 over the aforementioned time period, NeoMile Capital purchased the shares for about INR 47.9 Cr. The shares were acquired via NeoMile Corporate Advisory, NeoMile Growth Fund – Series I, and NeoMile Capital MD Kirtan Rupareliya.
Notably, NeoMile Growth Fund – Series I held 14.2 Lakh shares, or 1.75% stake, of ArisInfra at the end of the June quarter.
The investment firm increased its stake in ArisInfra amid a recent bull run, which has seen its share price zoom close to 11% this month so far. The rally came after brokerage firm Anand Rathi gave a ‘Buy’ rating on the stock with a target price of INR 164. The report highlighted a possible 15% upside and a favourable risk-reward setup.
“ArisInfra Solutions Ltd is showing promise with a possible 15% upside. Keep an eye on the buying range and target price as we navigate the market this month,” it said.
At 14:30, shares of ArisInfra were trading 3.8% lower from the previous close at INR 164.20 on the BSE.
Despite the recent rally, the company’s shares are trading about 21% below their listing price of INR 209. The shares of the company got listed on the BSE at a near 6% discount to the IPO price of INR 222 on June 25.
Founded in 2021 by Ronak Morbia and Bhavik Khara, ArisInfra provides real estate developers a tech platform for sourcing, procuring and delivering construction materials like steel, cement, and walling solutions from a large vendor network.
On the financial front, ArisInfra’s net profit declined 22% to INR 5.1 Cr in Q1 FY26 from INR 6.5 Cr in the year-ago quarter. Its operating revenue rose 11% to INR 212.1 Cr during the quarter under review from INR 190.4 Cr in Q1 FY25.
