But we are going to tell you about a girl who has lost 30 kg of weight without going to the gym. Yes, this girl's name is Udita Agarwal, who has shared her weight loss journey on Instagram. Where she told how she has got a fit body without going to the gym just by adopting some healthy habits.
Udita told that she used to drink detox water every day. In which she used to boil cumin, celery, fennel and fenugreek in water. This used to detox her body and she did not feel bloated in the stomach. Also, digestion was better. She further told that after having cheat meal at some time, she used to follow her diet properly for the rest of the time. This used to maintain balance.
Udita told that she used to check her weight every day, and sometimes there was a slight increase in it, but she knew that she was following the diet properly. That is why she never got disappointed and kept working hard. Because even if she used to go out somewhere, she used to take her home-made food with her in tiffin so that she could avoid eating unhealthy things outside.
Along with detox water, Udita also included chia seeds water in her diet. Udita said that, I used to soak chia seeds in half a liter of water every day and drink it slowly throughout the day. She told that, she used to drink about 3-4 liters of water throughout the day, which kept the body and skin hydrated.
According to Udita, she used to drink tea during the day, but did not eat anything unhealthy with it. She said that she had completely removed refined flour from her food. But she continued to take a little sugar. I used to drink some water before every meal, which made my stomach feel a little full and I avoided overeating.
