Celebrity Traitors fans are convinced they've worked out which star will be brutally murdered next.
The much-loved BBC reality sensation has stormed back onto screens with a celebrity special after becoming a runaway success when the original series first launched in 2022.
The show has been packed with explosive drama from the outset, with Paloma Faith becoming the first famous face to be murdered after her close friend Alan ruthlessly betrayed her in shocking fashion.
Audiences have also witnessed Niko and Tameka getting banished, whilst Tom met an unfortunate end through murder.
In Thursday's (October 16) instalment, it emerged that Traitors Jonathan Ross, Cat Burns and Alan had chosen Ruth Codd as their murder victim, reports Daily Record.
The threesome opted for a cunning double bluff strategy, given she posed the greatest danger to Jonathan's position in the game. The chat show legend currently finds himself firmly in the firing line, with numerous co-stars harbouring strong suspicions about his Traitor status.
Making his situation even more precarious, fellow Traitor Alan confessed he 'doesn't want Jonathan to drag them down' and stands prepared to "throw him under the bus" should the need arise.
It seems the Traitors' clever double-bluff tactic has worked a treat, leaving him safe for the time being, as faithful Clare Balding became the most recent celebrity to face banishment following a tense roundtable showdown.
As she departed, Clare told her fellow contestants: "I love all of you. I am and have been from the start a faithful."
The remaining contestants were left bitterly disappointed at failing to uncover a Traitor yet again, but actor Mark Bonnar instantly drew attention to himself as he furiously thumped the table and exclaimed "for F***'s sake".
Subsequently, the Traitors gathered and selected yet another faithful to be eliminated from the programme. Following an extensive discussion, the choice came down to Kate Garraway, Charlotte Church and David Olusoga, with Alan confirming their verdict will "rock the boat".

To maintain suspense, the show concluded on a dramatic cliffhanger and viewers will need to wait a week to discover which contestant the Traitors have chosen to murder.
Nevertheless, that didn't prevent fans from posting their predictions online, with many persuaded Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway is next to be axed.
One fan posted on X, formerly known as Twitter: "I think Kate's death will "rock the boat" because of how suspicious everyone was of her at the beginning. #CelebrityTraitors."
Another commented: "My prediction for the next celebrity murder on The Traitors is either Kate Garraway or David Olusoga! I think Charlotte Church is safe... for now!". A third remarked: "Last night's vote was so intense then tonight was just mad. How did everyone turn on Kate?".
Meanwhile someone else contributed: "Killing Kate is the worst idea tactically for them but the only option for us viewers, i want to see more of Charlotte and David #CelebrityTraitors."
