Meghan Markle will no doubt be feeling in a great mood today after winning an award this week. On Wednesday, it was confirmed that the Duchess of Sussex's podcast series, Confessions of a Female Founder, had won a podcast award.
The podcast, produced by Lemonada Media, won gold in the 'Business People & Entrepreneurs Shaping Culture' category of the Signal Awards, which aims to recognise meaningful podcasts. The podcast was also voted 'Listener's Choice' in this category.
This is great news for the Duchess, who launched the podcast earlier this year.
However, while the podcast has now won an award, it hasn't actually yet been renewed for a second season.
Meghan, who talks to business owners about the highs and lows of running a business in the podcast, is believed to want to focus on her As Ever brand, which she also launched this year.
This was made clear when she appeared as a guest on the Aspire with Emma Grede podcast, with the Duchess saying she wanted to "focus" on As Ever.
However, with the podcast having now won an award, do you think Meghan should launch a new season of her podcast? Vote below or here.
Meghan has not yet addressed her latest award win, however this is not the first award-winning podcast she has had.
Before Confessions of A Female Founder, Prince Harry's wife had another podcast called Archetypes.
This podcast won the People's Choice Award for pop podcast of 2022 and the digital media national winner award for the 48th Annual Gracie Awards.
