Hyderabad: The Aspiring India Leaders Foundation (ALIF), the national affiliate of the Harvard-founded Aspire Institute, has introduced the Aspire Leaders Program (ALP) in India, a nine-week online skill development program meant for low-income or first-generation college students, recent graduates, or newly employed youth.
The workshop is free of cost, with participants from over 195 countries. Applicants will be offered two core modules with self-paced content and live masterclasses by faculty from Harvard, Yale, and industry leaders.
Through the ALP program, candidates will be offered scholarships, mentorship, internships and job opportunities or even grants of up to 10,000 USD for pursuing innovative ideas.
After completing the ALP program, candidates will be transferred to an Extended Leadership Program (ELP), for long-term engagement and will be offered career advancement opportunities, job placements via partner companies such as Mahindra, InMobi, Porter, Timbuckdo or even grants worth Rs 1.5 crore.
